As the world begins to feel the effects of COVID-19 we’re making some changes to how we operate so that we can truly focus on the safety of our employees and all of our amazing customers.

Our distribution center has always followed strict hygiene practices that are adhered to everyday, however, we have placed additional steps for sanitation and hygiene including social distancing protocols from our leading medical experts to ensure a safe environment for packaging & shipping. 

The good news is we are still open for business on and on our app 24/7 as usual. All shipping methods including overnight and 2-day are on time with order arrival dates displayed at checkout! (We know how important it is to put a smile on a loved ones face even during quarantine.) Don't worry we’ve got you covered!

After careful consideration and for the health and well-being of our staff and customers, we‘ve made the decision to close our shopping mall pop-up stores with immediate effect until further notice.

Our HQ teams are working remotely for their safety, ready to provide you with customer care via email, phone, and DM. And of course, all of our social media platforms are still posting every day to keep you up to date with our latest collections, news and exclusive launches from the House of Palatial Petals.
