Free tracked shipping on all US orders!

We here at Palatial Petals are delighted to be able to offer a free shipping service to our valued customers. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground within the same business day if the order is placed by 1pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details.

For orders within Miami Dade County, our own courier service will hand deliver your luxury rose arrangement for you. This gives us greater control over local deliveries and the ability to offer a Same Day Delivery service to cater to any last-minute surprises!

For orders within Florida State, we offer Free Next Day Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email. For Alaska and Hawaii: Please allow 3-7 business days. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Palatial Petals cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Palatial Petals' control.


Choose Your Delivery Date

Order flowers online up to three months in advance of your delivery date. Don't wait until the last minute! Order ahead for the holidays such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Ordering in advance is available for all rose arrangements! Once your item has been placed into your shopping cart, you can simply choose the specific date you'd like your order to be delivered on.

Express And Overnight Shipping

If your desired delivery date cannot be accommodated within our complimentary shipping service, then you have the option of choosing an express shipping option for an additional charge. The following express shipping services are available;

Premium Express (2 business days) $25.00

Next Business Day $50.00

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, your order will be held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

Can I ship internationally?

All orders placed through our website are eligible to be shipped worldwide. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any delay caused by customs processing. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Priority Mail International® service is a reliable and affordable way to ship to more than 190 countries, including Canada and Australia. International delivery times are approximately 6–10 business days depending upon the destination country.
