Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we may not be able to process your order. In the case that you do experience any issue in placing your order with a credit or debit card we recommend to checkout using PayPal. Standard Delivery timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email. For Alaska and Hawaii: Please allow 4-7 business days. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9am - 8pm.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for made-to-order arrangements. Each product will be personalized by hand by expert artisans. This process results in a one-of-a-kind finish that may vary slightly from the image.
