What are Timeless Luxury Rosesℱ ?

Our entire line of Timeless Luxury Rosesℱ are real, fresh-cut natural roses that have been delicately cultivated from our very own boutique rose farm in Ecuador. Using a sophisticated proprietary solution our preserved roses are able to maintain their beauty, radiance and feel for up to a year. Our visually stunning elegant rose boxes make an exquisite addition to any room, and are the perfect gift for any occasion.

Are these really roses that last a year?

Yes! So long as they are kept at room temperature and not directly exposed to sunlight, these delicate Preserved Roses will maintain their beautiful appearance for up to 3 years.

Can I design my own box of roses?

Yes! We welcome custom orders. Our team works closely with each client to bring to fruition your own concept of how you would like your own personal special Rose Box to be designed. We can beautifully combine an array of patterns, letters, and symbols with a variation of shades and colors to make your own bespoke Rose Box exactly how you would like it.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Once you place your item into the shopping cart, it is possible to include an accompanying card for a gift order. You may also request a blank card that you may customize yourself.

Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?

An order will be considered a "gift" if the civil status, last name or first name of the invoicing information is different from that of the delivery information. In this specific case, an invoice where the price of the items are not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.

Do I have to keep the roses in a box?

In order to maintain the optimal appearance of the Preserved Roses, we do not recommend removing them out of their Rose Box. Each Rose Box has been meticulously curated to ensure that the roses do not move out of place, removing the roses may damage them.

How do I care for my rose box?

It’s easy! Unlike a normal bunch of roses our exclusive signature line of Preserved Roses do not require watering, a change of vase, pruning of wilting petals or any other time-consuming maintenance. Simply keep the Box of Roses away from direct sunlight and within normal room temperature, and your stylish rose arrangement will retain its elegance and beauty for up to 3 years.

Can I schedule a rose box delivery for a specific time and date?

Yes! You can choose the exact date you wish for your rose arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. For customers within Miami Dade County deliveries are handled by our own personal courier service, this enables us to guarantee delivery within your specified time frame. For customers nationwide delivery time is highly dependent upon the shipping carrier and although we do our best to cater for special requests, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for every single order.

Do you ship overseas?

Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card. If you experience any issues in placing your order we recommend using PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, because each one of our Timeless Luxuryℱ Rose arrangements are made to order specifically for an individual client, we are unable to accept returns unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographic evidence of damage or defect to be emailed to sales@palatialpetals.com on the same date that your shipment was delivered. If proof of damage or defect is not provided on this date you will be ineligible for an exchange.
