Standard Delivery timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email. For Alaska and Hawaii: Please allow 4-7 business days. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9am - 8pm.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for made-to-order arrangements. Each product will be personalized by hand by expert artisans. This process results in a one-of-a-kind finish that may vary slightly from the image.
